5. 500 ml Water (reduce water portion, for thicker porridge)
6. Some Salt to taste

Method:

1. Wash rice and soak in water for 60 minutes.
2. Crash Gordon Euryale seed and poria finely.
3. Put Gordon Euryale seed and poria into a claypot and add in some water to boil under high flame until boiled. Then add in rice and Goji berry to cook until soft with low medium heat, cover up and simmer.
4. When serve, add some salt to taste.

6. Some Salt to taste

Method:

1. Wash rice and soak in water for 60 minutes.
2. Wash and peel off skin from prawns, remove the intestine.
3. Wash leek and cut into small tiny segments.
4. Put rice and water into claypot, heat up with high flame until boiling. When the porridge is about done, add in prawns, leek, ginger mince and simmer under low medium fire until the prawns are cooked.
